Distance Sales Agreement

1- Parties
ANT GÖKHAN SEYAHAT TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK KONAKLAMA OTOMOTİV İNŞAAT PETROL TİC. LTD. ŞTİ will hereinafter be referred to as "Transferaraci.com".

2- Subject
With this agreement, the parties have agreed under the following contractual conditions that pre- and post-flight transfers from addresses determined by them to airports and vice versa, or one-way or round-trip transfers from locations offered by "Transferaraci.com", as well as daily excursion/tour services, shall be provided and performed by "Transferaraci.com" in return for a fee.

3- Service and Payment Information
3.1. The contract price includes VAT.
3.2. The agency may change the vehicle type to another vehicle in the same segment when necessary, provided that the consumer is informed. For example, Volkswagen Caravelle instead of Mercedes Vito. If the customer does not accept such a change at the time of reservation, they have the right to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund. In this case, the customer is not entitled to compensation.

4- Transfer Type: One Way (One/Two Way)

5- Vehicle Type: Vehicle type selected by the customer (Minivan – Minibus)

6- Number of Persons: The customer must specify the number of persons.


7- General Provisions

Passengers are required to wear seat belts in accordance with Traffic Law.
To benefit from the transfer service subject to this agreement, the customer must make a reservation at least 4 (four) hours before the transfer time. During religious and national holidays, New Year’s Day and other official holidays, the reservation must be made at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the transfer time. Reservations may be canceled by the customer up to 3 hours before the transfer time. In this case, the fee will be refunded. No refund will be made for later cancellations. During the transfer service, the route to be followed from the departure point to the destination shall be determined exclusively by "Transferaraci.com" taking into account traffic, road conditions and other criteria. The customer has no authority to change this route. Requests to stop at a different location along the route and to wait there for a short time may be accepted. "Transferaraci.com" is obliged to deliver the passenger between the two specified routes.

"Transferaraci.com" does not accept sacks, chests, boxes, etc. as luggage during transfer. Each passenger has a maximum luggage allowance of 15 kg. In case of loss or damage of luggage for which no declaration of value has been made, the customer has no right to claim material or moral compensation. The customer declares and undertakes that the luggage does not contain flammable, explosive, narcotic, liquid, odorous, radioactive substances or any items whose possession or transport is prohibited under Turkish legislation. If such items are noticed by the driver, the luggage will not be accepted into the vehicle. If the removal of such items exceeds the 15 (fifteen) minute waiting time mentioned below, and the transfer cannot be completed or the passenger misses the flight due to lost time, no refund shall be made. In addition, the customer may not claim any receivables or rights from "Transferaraci.com" under any name. If such substances are found, "Transferaraci.com" will immediately inform the competent authorities. If these items are not noticed by the driver but are detected during a search by law enforcement during the transfer, all damages incurred by "Transferaraci.com" shall be immediately compensated by the customer in cash and in full.

Requests for pet transfer and the type of pet must be declared by the customer at the time of online purchase. No pet transfer will be made without such declaration. Animals cannot be transported alone without an adult passenger. Animals may only be transported in a special cage, in the section designated by "Transferaraci.com" staff, and all responsibility belongs to the customer. The transfer of animals that are illegal to own or transport under Turkish law is not possible under any circumstances.

For transfers from a specific point to the airport, "Transferaraci.com" declares and undertakes that the vehicle allocated for the transfer will be present at the designated point at the transfer time. A delay of 20 (twenty) minutes shall be considered reasonable. In case of delay exceeding 20 minutes, the customer is not obliged to wait and the transfer fee will be refunded. In sites or residential complexes, if security personnel prevent vehicle entry and this causes the 15-minute delay period to be exceeded, "Transferaraci.com" is not responsible. If the customer does not wait in such a case, no refund will be made.

The customer must be ready at the transfer point with their luggage at the transfer time. If the customer is not present, the vehicle will wait for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the vehicle has no further obligation to wait.

"Transferaraci.com" staff are not obliged to leave the vehicle to carry luggage, pet cages, or escort passengers to the vehicle. Children under 12 cannot be transferred without an accompanying adult. Return transfer for the accompanying person depends on purchasing return service on the website. If wheelchair transfer is required, this must be declared during online purchase.

If the customer specifies during online purchase, one baby seat will be placed in the vehicle by "Transferaraci.com" for a fee of 5 €.

8- Force Majeure

Any force majeure events beyond the control of the parties, including natural disasters, adverse climate conditions, social events, public movements, negative developments in working life, legal or illegal worker or employer movements, strikes, lockouts, union actions, work slowdowns, war, armed conflict, revolution, martial law, state of emergency, conflicts between groups and uprisings, which prevent the parties from fulfilling their obligations under this agreement, shall suspend the agreement until such conditions cease. Once the conditions end, the agreement shall resume. Failure to perform due to force majeure does not grant termination or compensation rights to the other party.

9- Cancellation Conditions and Other Provisions

For promotional products purchased by the passenger, cancellation, changes, or refunds cannot be made for any reason. Requests made to the bank or to "Transferaraci.com" regarding reservations with expired date and time are invalid.

10- Jurisdiction

In resolving disputes arising from this agreement, Turkish laws shall apply and Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

11- Enforcement

Passengers who benefit from the service but whose signatures are not on the agreement shall be deemed to have accepted the provisions once a third party authorized by them makes an online reservation. In disputes arising from the agreement, the Highway Transportation Law No. 4925 and other Turkish legislation shall apply. Antalya courts and enforcement offices are authorized. I have read, understood, and accepted the entire agreement, travel date and time, Law No. 4925, and information on the website, and received a copy.

Every user who makes a reservation via www.Transferaraci.com is deemed to have read and accepted this agreement.
