Information Notice Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
GENERAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698
As www.transferaraci.com, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform and enlighten you regarding our activities related to the processing of personal data.
1. Identity of the Data Controller:
TRANSFERARACI.COM holds the title of Data Controller pursuant to KVKK. As TRANSFERARACI.COM, in our capacity as Data Controller, we show utmost care regarding the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we pay maximum attention to processing, recording, storing, and preserving all kinds of personal data belonging to you in accordance with the law and principles of good faith, and to transferring/disclosing them to third parties within the limits permitted by legislation and limited to the purpose for which they are processed, with full responsibility.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data:
In order for TRANSFERARACI.COM to provide the products and services offered to its customers under the best conditions, to ensure reliable and uninterrupted provision of products or services, to maximize customer satisfaction, to process payments, to carry out various transactions related to said services, to manage and develop operations, to conduct promotion, marketing, advertising and campaign activities of said products and services or different products and services, to inform you about opportunities, campaigns and other services, and to fulfill the requirements of contracts concluded with you; your identity information, address information, contact information and other personal data directly or indirectly related to these purposes are obtained, recorded, processed, stored securely in physical or electronic environments for an appropriate period, preserved, modified, reorganized, disclosed and transferred in compliance with legislation, acquired, classified, processed or prevented from being used in accordance with the fundamental principles set forth in KVKK. 3. Persons to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer:
TRANSFERARACI.COM may transfer your personal data processed within the scope of the purposes explained above, in accordance with legal provisions, to its employees, officials, auditors and consultants, independent audit firms, affiliates and group companies of TRANSFERARACI.COM, business partners and service providers from whom services are received or with whom cooperation is made in order to carry out services or activities provided to you, and public institutions and organizations; for the purposes of providing products or services directly or through subcontractors, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted provision of products or services, maximizing customer satisfaction, processing payments, carrying out various transactions related to said services, managing and developing operations, conducting promotion, marketing, advertising and campaign activities, informing you about opportunities, campaigns and other services, fulfilling contractual obligations, keeping statistics, internal company planning, and carrying out marketing and information research activities. In addition, TRANSFERARACI.COM reports information required to be reported under relevant legislation and information requested by public authorities to said authorities in order to fulfill its legal information obligations and to the extent necessary. Data transferred within this scope may be obtained, recorded, stored, preserved, modified, reorganized, disclosed, transferred, acquired, classified, processed or prevented from being used by the third parties to whom the transfer is made, in accordance with personal data protection legislation.
4. Transfer of Data Abroad:
Your personal data may be transferred by TRANSFERARACI.COM to persons and organizations residing abroad, in accordance with Article 4(2) of KVKK, based on your explicit consent or, in cases stipulated in Articles 5(2) and 6(3), without explicit consent, provided that the rules in Article 9 of the Law are complied with. After foreign countries with adequate protection are announced by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”), data may be transferred only to persons and organizations located in those countries. For countries where adequate protection is not available, transfers may be made only where data controllers in Turkey and in the relevant foreign country undertake in writing to provide adequate protection and where the Board’s permission for the relevant transfer is obtained.
5. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data:
Your personal data may be collected verbally and/or in writing through call centers, websites, and service points belonging to TRANSFERARACI.COM, or through secure electronic environments, in accordance with contracts concluded for the performance of services. Personal data collected in this process may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, for the purposes stated in Articles (1) and (2) of this text.
6. Your Rights Specified in Article 11 of KVKK:
As data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to TRANSFERARACI.COM through the methods set out below in this Disclosure Statement, TRANSFERARACI.COM will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee determined in the tariff set by the Board will be charged. Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK are as follows:
a) To learn whether your personal data is processed,
b) To request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
d) To request correction of personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
e) To request deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with relevant provisions of KVKK,
f) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) To demand compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KVKK, you may submit your request to exercise your rights mentioned above to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. As the Board has not yet determined any method, you are required to submit your application in writing to TRANSFERARACI.COM in accordance with KVKK. Accordingly, to exercise your rights, you may fill out the form at transferaraci.com and submit a signed copy of the form together with documents identifying your identity in person to the management office of transferaraci.com located at:

or send it via a notary public or other methods specified in KVKK.
This Disclosure Statement was prepared on 28.01.2026. In case of any changes to the statement text, the effective date and content of this Disclosure Statement will be updated.
